Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LaterLetter. ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") governing your access to and use of the LaterLetter. service. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

LaterLetter. is a web-based platform that enables Users to compose, store, and schedule written correspondence ("Letters") for future delivery via email. The Service includes:

  • A web interface for composing and managing Letters
  • Automated email delivery of Letters at User-specified dates and times
  • Storage of Letters in plain text format on our servers
  • Privacy controls allowing Users to designate Letters as private or public

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE

You retain all intellectual property rights and ownership of the Letters and content you create through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant LaterLetter. a license to use, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.1 Public Letters

If you elect to make a Letter public, you grant LaterLetter. and other Users a license to access, view, and share such public Letters. You acknowledge that you cannot reasonably expect privacy with respect to public Letters.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

6. PRICING

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or modify our pricing structure in the future with reasonable advance notice.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATERLETTER. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
